Do notify us via e-mail with the reference / transaction number once payment has been
made. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you upon receiving your order together with our bank transfer detail if you opt for ATM / Internet bank transfer.

Payment must be made within 48 hours upon receiving our email order confirmation. We
will release your item to the next customer if you fail to do so. Priority will always be given to customer who makes payment first. Thank you for your kind understanding.

EXCHANGE POLICY
All goods sold are NON-refundable.

All goods sold are NON-exchangeable except for exchange of sizes.

At Sweetie Petz Boutique, we check every single piece of apparel for any defects to ensure
it is 100% in good condition so as to minimize the hassle and inconvenience caused to our
customers.

Exchange of sizes (subject to availability) must be made within 7 days from date of delivery.
If size is not available you may choose another product with the same or greater value.
Exchange item has to be mail back to us and postage charges will be borne by customer.

All good exchange must be in its original packaging and condition (unused and unsoiled),
with all accompanying tag attached and original invoice or delivery order as proof of
purchase.

Please note that due to hygiene reason, pet beds, toys and carriers cannot be exchanged
or returned.

No returns or exchanges for Sales and Clearance items.
