1. Local postage will be based on the weight of the package.
2. Please add S$2.24 on top of the local postage for Registered mail.
3. We will advise the postage charges upon receiving your orders.
4. Orders will be dispatched via Singpost within 5 working days, upon receipt of full payment.
5. We takes every effort to ensure that package reach our customers on time and in good condition, we will NOT be responsible for any damage or lost of package during transit sent via normal mail.
6. Customers who opt for self-collection may collect their packages on Saturday between 7pm – 8pm and Sunday between 1pm – 2pm at Kovan MRT Station
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. No minimum order is required.
2. Order will only be processed after full payment is received.
3. Customer is required to make payment within 48 hours from the date of email confirmation, otherwise order will be cancelled without notification.
4. All items will be thoroughly checked before mailing out and we will not be responsible for any lost or damage during transit via normal mail.
5. All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (case by case basis).
6. In the event that if the item you ordered is out of stock, a full refund will be made to you.
7. Colours may vary slightly from the actual products.
8. We reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. By submitting your order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all our terms and conditions as stated on this site.
